No. We pay your agreed rent in full. Our margin comes from the guest revenue above that amount. You receive 100% of your agreed rent.
Leon Hospitality Group LLC signs the lease as the corporate tenant. We can provide additional guarantees, security deposits, and reserve structures depending on the agreement.
Stays range from several days to several months. In jurisdictions with short-term rental regulations, we emphasize 30+ day furnished stays where required by local law. Typical guests include business travelers, traveling healthcare workers, corporate relocations, and remote professionals.
We use platform screening, exterior cameras where permitted, electronic locks with full owner access, and direct oversight of every booking.
Platform verification, government ID checks where available, booking review processes, and manual review of stay purpose. We turn down bookings that do not meet our standards.
Primary channels include Furnished Finder, travel nurse platforms, corporate housing partners, Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking through our own network.
Noise monitoring devices, clear and enforced house rules, screening against local guests, and fast intervention if any issue arises. We focus on business and corporate demand where party risk is structurally low.
We maintain commercial general liability coverage and a short-term rental specific policy, in addition to platform coverage. We are happy to share certificates of insurance with any owner partner before signing.
Our leases include a mutual termination clause with reasonable notice, typically 60 to 90 days. Security deposit and reserve structures protect you even in an unexpected exit.
